Eligibility: You may return any product purchased from our website within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as the product is in its original condition and packaging.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by phone or email to obtain a return authorization number. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on any products that have been installed or used, products that have been modified or altered in any way, or special-order products that were not originally listed on our website.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We will cover the return shipping cost in these cases.
Refunds: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned product. If you paid by credit card, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Warranty: We honor the manufacturer's warranty on all products sold on our website. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact us for assistance.
