We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Parts Experts. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please read the following policy before making a return:

Eligibility:  We apologize for any inconvenience caused by faulty or incorrect parts. If an item we supplied is defective, we will prioritize sending a replacement. If a replacement cannot be provided promptly, we will issue a refund once the original product has been returned to us.

No Refund/Returns on Electrical; Trims; Accessories; & Panels after 7 days

All Mechanical parts: No Refund/Returns after 7 days unless faulty

30% Restocking/Processing Fee on all returns and cancelled orders (Delivered or Not)

Process: If you encounter any issues, please contact our team via phone or email. To proceed with a replacement or return, we require a service invoice and a fault report (including diagnostic codes, if applicable) from a qualified professional.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. All items must be returned in their original or equivalent packaging and must remain in the same condition as supplied, with no further deterioration. Once the product is received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within seven business days. In case a refund is required, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error.

Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on any products that have been installed or used, products that have been modified or altered in any way, or special-order products that were not originally listed on our website.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement.

Refunds: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned product. If you paid by credit card, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Note: For Cat Converters/DPFs, Engines and Transmissions these products are quoted on the exchange basis.
