Returns Eligibility: You may return any product(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. Please provide your order number and reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item(s).

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective or incorrect product. Please ensure that the returned item(s) are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Discounts and Coupons: If you received a discount or coupon on your purchase, the amount refunded will be the purchase price minus the discount or coupon value. If the discount or coupon was applied to multiple items in the order, the refund amount will be prorated based on the price of each item.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return: custom-made or special-order items, electrical components, airbags, and items that have been installed or used.
